Cancellation Policy

Where possible, we provide clients with text or social media messaging reminders for appointments. However the responsibility for attending your appointment and giving us appropriate notice for changes and cancellations lies with you.

When you book an appointment, we allocate you an appropriate period of time that can be very difficult to reallocate at short notice and can be severely detrimental for a small business. We therefore ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend or wish to rearrange your appointment.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments and will charge you for missed appointments as below:

More than 24 hours notice: no fee

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee / retention of deposit

No notice / missed appointment: 100% fee

Missed appointment and late cancellation invoices have a 30 day payment terms. If unpaid, this will remain on file and payment will be required before you can rebook another appointment.

Missed appointments may lead to refusal of our services

Post-Treatment Care

✔ Stay Hydrated – Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins released during the massage and keeps muscles hydrated.

✔ Take It Easy – Avoid intense workouts or heavy lifting for at least 24 hours to let your body adjust.

✔ Stretch Gently – Light stretching can keep muscles loose and prevent stiffness, but avoid overdoing it.

✔ Apply Heat or Ice – Depending on your treatment, heat can relax muscles, while ice can reduce inflammation. Your therapist will guide you on what’s best.

✔ Listen to Your Body – Some soreness is normal after therapy, but if discomfort persists, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Long-Term Care

✔ Maintain good posture to support healing and prevent further strain.

✔ Continue regular movement and mobility exercises as recommended by your therapist.

✔ Book follow-up massage sessions when needed to keep muscles in top condition.
